Order Cancellation (Before Order Shipment)
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can cancel before your order has shipped. Cancellations are subject to PayPal processing fees. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
For custom products canceled during the production process, the buyer is responsible for any fees incurred.

Refund and Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to return your item after receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase to receive a refund.
To initiate a return, you can contact us by email at info@junzhouhome.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Returns without a prior request will not be accepted. Product Damage/Defect Issues
